Humans have never been able to be recreate viruses! HIV is a retrovirus and can’t be detected by the body! The virus was NOT found in the Green Monkey, a virus similar to HIV WAS found (like I said earlier, HIV is a retrovirus and mutates like crazy). This makes a vaccine almost impossible. There also seems to be some fundamental misunderstandings going on these comments too. Viruses aren’t moving eating creatures. They are sessile pockets of DNA(or RNA) waiting for a host.

But seriously now. If you wanted firm population controll, why not just impose a law on the amount of kids you can produce like some countrys allready have? Would it not be cheeper? Why would the Canadian gov spend billions on offering people free H1N1 shots to impose immunocontraceptive yet only being able to hit 50% of the population
when you can pass a reproduction law costing 1/10 and hitting %100 of the population instead

What nation on earth is economically independent? We are all interdependent on each other. It only benefits the “West” if Africa became economically stable. How is killing the African population supposed to benefit us. Capitalism needs customers, not unstable nations and dead bodies. You claim they would not need us if they achieved economic independence. Well they sure as hell won’t need anything from us when they’re dead, now will they? Srry man, there just isnt any evidence for this mass multi nation conspiracy. There is a simpler explanation with more evidence: political domination. The West and the Soviets toppled govt’s and instilled dictators. Add massive foreign debt, pandemic corruption and questionable trade policies, and Africa has already got major problems. AIDS just adds to the shit mix, but is hardly the cause of it.
